Last week KAGISDE hosted a soccer clinic for the children of the community of Cradock at the Lingelihle Stadium. NGO was joined by 29 girls and boys aged 8 -12, excited to learn and play.
The aim of the day was to get the children excited about game of soccer, to learn how to play and promote healthy alternative to exercise. Soccer which has a big following in the community, has bigger impact on the lives of the people of Cradock; it is a form of recreation that keep children from being idle on the street. Cradock Football Association (CRAFA), which is one of our longtime partners, helps in the getting people engaged in sport and fun responsibly.
KAGISDE in collaboration with CRAFA provide the facilities, kit, and coaching. It was day of fun and even a friendly match was played.
Soccer is one of the most accessible sports there are in world and there are many opportunities if you commit to it. Looking at this gang, seems like we will have many shining stars
